My client is a leading agency looking for an Influence Account Director to support them on one of their Tech Clients. You will be reporting into the Head of Influence.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day influencer campaign delivery, overseeing everything from strategy and talent sourcing to execution and reporting, while supporting junior team members.
• Manage and evolve influencer processes across multiple accounts, ensuring alignment with broader brand and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with media, PR, social, and digital teams to deliver integrated, culturally relevant campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong client and talent relationships, offering strategic counsel and staying ahead of industry and cultural trends.
• Contribute to business growth through thought leadership, new business support, and ongoing development of the influencer offering.

You

• 2+ years' proven experience operating at Influence Director level, with a strong track record leading large-scale brand campaigns.
• Deep understanding of influencer strategy and the ability to apply it within a broader business and cultural context.
• Skilled at building effective relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop impactful, integrated creative solutions.
• Passion for culture and/or sport, with an eye for relevance and resonance in influencer marketing.
