Job Title: Contract Programme Manager (Outside IR35)
Location: Cambridge, UK

We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Project Manager or Programme Manager to take charge of high-impact electronics manufacturing projects from concept to delivery. Based in Cambridge, you’ll be the go-to lead for programme execution, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination.

In this pivotal role, you’ll own the full project lifecycle—delivering complex electronics-based programmes on time, on budget, and to spec.

You’ll be the key interface for customers, driving schedules, solving roadblocks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, production, and sales.

What we’re after: a strategic thinker and doer with strong programme management credentials, ideally backed by a degree in engineering or electronics. 

Experience in the defence, aerospace, or security sectors? Even better. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, lean principles, and product costing is a major plus.
