Job Description - Contract Quality Administrator

Temporary Quality Administrator ?? Nottingham
??? 3–6 Month Contract

About the Role: We’re currently seeking a Temporary Quality Administrator to support our client’s Quality team at their Nottingham site. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator with experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Key Details:

3–6 month temporary contract
Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Quality team.
Track and manage change controls, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Process document updates and assist with maintaining controlled document libraries.
Support the batch release process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Coordinate and track artwork reviews, liaising with internal teams where required.
General administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the Quality Management System.

About You:

Previous administrative experience, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and document control software.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
