Contract Surveyor, North West London
Pay rate to £300 per day
Contract role, Local Government Housing

We are recruiting for an experienced Contract Surveyor in North West London
Key Requirements & Responsibilities

Proven experience handling damp and mould cases

Ability to produce CPR35 Reports identifying causes and remedial actions

Familiarity with SORS (Schedule of Rates)

Skilled in diagnosing complex repair issues in collaboration with internal teams and external contractors

Strong working knowledge of Awaab’s Law and relevant housing regulations

Experience managing contracts, budgets, and inspections (pre & post)

Handling resident complaints with professionalism and sensitivity

Engaging effectively with tenants and other stakeholders

Technical Inspections Involve:

Identifying damp types: penetrating, rising, and condensation

Spotting mould growth and related ventilation/structural issues

Using tools such as moisture meters, hygrometers, thermal imaging cameras, and borescopes

Accurately diagnosing root causes including leaks, poor insulation, and inadequate ventilation

This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar role.
