Contract - Technical Project Manager - 3 Month FTC

An exciting digital business in London is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the development of internal AI tools and automation systems.

• Based in London

• 2 days a week in the office

• 3 months initially

• Start date: ASAP

• £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata

The Job
As the Technical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and evolving an internal AI system, including running structured weekly reviews and tracking performance

• Designing and refining advanced prompt logic for use in operations, sales, and internal workflows

• Leading cross-functional rollout of new GPT-enabled tools and automations

• Maintaining and improving low-code systems including CRM, Notion, Airtable, and workflow automation tools

• Gathering user feedback and converting it into practical system improvements

• Creating and maintaining clear documentation to ensure tools are scalable and easy to hand over

• Continuously identifying ways to streamline and upgrade existing systems

You

• 3-5 years' experience in technical ops, automation, or internal tooling roles

• Strong background in prompt engineering and working with large language models

• Hands-on experience with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, and HubSpot

• Detail-oriented and structured, with strong documentation skills

• Able to work across departments to implement practical, scalable solutions

• Bonus if you've worked in a fast-paced creative or digital business
