Contract-Finance Manager O2C

This role focuses on overseeing and transforming the Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across multiple European markets. The European O2C Transformation Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of streamlined accounting and finance operations.

• Lead the end-to-end transformation of European O2C processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify challenges and implement tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal accounting policies.
• Monitor progress against transformation goals and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and document standardised workflows for O2C activities across European markets.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to upskill regional teams on new processes.
• Utilise data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and track key performance indicators.
• Provide expert advice on O2C processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Profile

A successful European O2C Transformation Owner should have:

• Demonstrable experience in accounting or finance within a multinational organisation.
• Proven expertise in transforming O2C processes or similar operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams across Europe.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
