Job Description - Contractor Workforce Advisor

(12-Month Contract)

?? Rate: £18-£20 per hour
?? Duration: 12 months
?? Location: Hybrid - occasional travel to Bristol office
?? Clearance: BPSS only
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Worforce Advisor to support a dynamic international program within a leading global aerospace and defence organisation. This is a hybrid role requiring a proactive, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment.
You'll be partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless onboarding, compliance, and support across various contingent labour processes. This position is perfect for someone with a background in recruitment, staffing compliance, or contractor workforce management.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for international contingent labour.

  • Manage staffing systems and ensure process compliance (Workday, Beeline, ServiceNow, etc.).

  • Respond to queries and resolve day-to-day issues across multiple international teams.

  • Participate in stakeholder meetings across Talent Acquisition, Security, Finance, Legal, and more.

  • Act as liaison with Managed Service Provider on onboarding, POs, and system queries.

  • Support strategic initiatives including global workforce tracking and process improvements.

  • Provide regular reporting and key metrics to support program performance.

  • Deputise for the team lead when required.
? What We're Looking For:


Required:


  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or contingent workforce programs.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Strategic mindset and the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities.


Preferred:


  • Familiarity with systems such as Beeline and/or Workday.

  • Prior experience managing a staffing or contingent labour program.


?? Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours/week)
? Work Setup: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to the Bristol office. On-site attendance required at the start for onboarding and equipment collection.
?? Relocation: Not provided - candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense.
?? Visa Sponsorship: Not available for this role.
? Shift: 37.5 hours Mon-Fri
