Contracts Lead

Venn Group is working with a large NHS Trust to recruit a Contracts Manager.

Hourly rate: £54.72 umbrella

Duration: 3 months

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: London

The successful candidate will:

Provide a review of all contracts for GOLD (>£250k p.a.) and SILVER (between £50 and £250k p.a.) contracts to identify potential financial savings
Create a plan for negotiating, whether this is:
- to cancel a contract
- to consolidate a contract with other suppliers who provide similar or the same capability (e.g. text messaging)
Identify opportunities to reduce license commitments, including:
- reducing the overall number of licenses needed
- changing the license type (such as moving from enterprise level to individual users, or volume bandings (i.e. buying 10 licenses which may be less expensive than having 20)
- reviewing strategic supplier relationships and contract management, such as for suppliers who provide multiple infosys across multiple Directorates (e.g. CIVICA)

The successful candidate will have:

• Have experience in the healthcare sector
• Experience consolidating key areas such as communications, text messaging and BI tools
