Contracts Manager GJB

What you'll do:

• Advise and respond on Catalogue artist enquiries


• Drafting, negotiating and advising on video production agreements 


• Drafting, negotiating and advising on photographer, artwork agreements 


• Drafting (and advising on) terms and conditions for prize draws 


• Drafting, negotiating and advising on performance release forms

Who you are:

• Previous record company experience, given the specialist music business knowledge required.


• Ability to demonstrate experience of autonomously negotiating terms and concluding these types of contracts.


• Thorough understanding of copyright law, and ability to analyse new industry developments.


• Ability to be proactive in problem-solving, and to take a solutions-oriented approach.


• Proven ability to multi-task and manage workload to achieve tight delivery turnaround times


• Consistent attention to detail and thorough approach to drafting, negotiating and concluding contracts
