What you'll do:
- Advise and respond on Catalogue artist enquiries
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on video production agreements
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on photographer, artwork agreements
- Drafting (and advising on) terms and conditions for prize draws
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on performance release forms
Who you are:
- Previous record company experience, given the specialist music business knowledge required.
- Ability to demonstrate experience of autonomously negotiating terms and concluding these types of contracts.
- Thorough understanding of copyright law, and ability to analyse new industry developments.
- Ability to be proactive in problem-solving, and to take a solutions-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage workload to achieve tight delivery turnaround times
- Consistent attention to detail and thorough approach to drafting, negotiating and concluding contracts
