Shorterm are partnered with a dynamic and growing manufacturing business to recruit a new team of experienced Control Panel Wirers/ Panel Builders / Wiremen join their new facility in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity to work on bespoke control panels, contributing to high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.

To join us as our next Control Panel Wirer / Panel Builder / Wireperson / Wireman you will need to have proven experience in production control panel wiring, the ability to read schematic/ePlan drawings and skills using crimpers/hand tools and testing equipment.

The successful Control Panel Wirer / Panel Builder / Wireperson / Wireman will be responsible for:

- Assembling and wiring electrical control panels from schematic diagrams.
- Installing components such as relays, PLCs, contactors, and terminals.
- Ensuring all wiring and assembly meets technical drawings and industry standards.
- Performing point-to-point wiring and cable termination with precision.
- Conducting continuity and functional testing of panels.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
