Immediate Locum Opportunity - Conveyancing Cover in the Heart of Newark!
CRA Consulting - the award-winning legal recruitment specialists - are working with a highly respected, long-established law firm based in central Newark. We're now searching for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum Solicitor or Legal Executive to provide essential holiday cover.
This is a fantastic short-term assignment for a seasoned conveyancer looking to step into a well-organised and supportive office-based environment. The firm boasts a loyal client base, excellent internal systems, and a positive working culture.

The Role
You will be responsible for picking up a ready-made, manageable caseload of:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Title checks, contract drafting, and managing completions

There will be secretarial and administrative support available during the cover period.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Conveyancer
• Proven background managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Available to work from 28th July to 5th August
• Able to work on-site at the firm's Newark office
