We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Conveyancing Locum Solicitor to join our team and provide vital support on a temporary basis for next week.

Role Overview:
As a Residential Conveyancing Locum Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions. You will provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with current legislation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, with the potential for extension or further locum work depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:Managing a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Providing high-quality legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions. Handling all aspects of residential property law, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold transactions. Maintaining accurate records and managing case files in line with practice procedures.
Key Requirements:Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Residential Conveyancing. Excellent communication and client care skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload and work under pressure. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Experience using case management systems is desirable. A proactive, professional, and team-focused approach.
