Conveyancing Paralegal

Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a law firm based in the Hackney region of NW London who are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join them on an initial temporary basis. Please find below further details around this position:

ROLE: Conveyancing Paralegal
RATE: £16.00 to £20.00 per hour LTD (£18.03 PAYE inc. holiday pay, £16.08ph exc. holiday pay)
LOCATION:Hackney (North West London)
CONTRACT: Immediate start, full time or part time available

Please note that this role would require full office attendance.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal with a solid background in residential conveyancing. You’ll be supporting the team with:

• Post-completion work
• Handling and responding to enquiries
• Accurate data entry and case management

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience within a conveyancing team, especially post-sales
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Working knowledge of LEAP, InfoTrack, and Cleo (essential)
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a busy office environment

Contract Details

• Hourly rate: £16–£20 (dependent on experience)
• Contract role with the potential to go permanent
• Office-based position (not remote)
