Description

The Conveyancing Paralegal will support the team in:

• Managing property transactions, including Right to Buy and Right to Acquire cases
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents related to property transfers
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth conveyancing processes
• Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all transactions
• Providing support to the legal team on various property-related matters

Profile

The Conveyancing Paralegal should be:

• Experienced in residential conveyancing, particularly with Right to Buy and Right to Acquire processes
• Familiar with property law and conveyancing procedures
• Proficient in managing multiple cases simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
