Role: Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Salary: From £27k, commensurate to experience

A well-established multi-service Law Firm based in Greater Manchester is looking for an ambitious Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team.

The role is initially a 9-Month FTC, with the possibility of leading to a full-term permanent role.

The Conveyancing team is highly regarded as property leaders across the industry and now it has an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal looking to work on diverse, high-value matters.

The role:

• You will independently manage your own caseload of Declaration of Trust’s across Conveyancing and Re-mortgage files
• You will be the first point of contact for your own clients, liaising with them frequently and relevant third parties

About you:

• You will have at least 2 years’ experience managing your own Residential Conveyancing files
• You will ideally have exposure to Declarations of Trust matters, but this is not essential as training will be provided
