Cook (Temporary)

We are currently seeking a Temporary Chef to join a team in Weymouth ASAP. If you have experience working in a kitchen environment and are looking for an immediate start role with a set schedule, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications, and in accordance with strict recipes.
• Ensure food is cooked and presented to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Follow food safety regulations.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.
• Ensure allergen awareness is maintained, and meals are prepared to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Requirements:

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for food and attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Must be available for an immediate start.
• Knowledge of allergen awareness and food safety.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday only (no weekends!).
• 07:00am - 15:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break (lunch provided).
