Copywriter - French

We are looking for a talented French Copywriter to craft impactful, consumer-facing content across multiple channels. From product descriptions to packaging, digital campaigns to email marketing, you will develop copy that resonates with the French market and reflects a consistent, premium brand voice. This role requires strong creative skills, marketing awareness, and the ability to adapt messages to different audiences and platforms. You must have fluent or native French language skills and the full right to work in the UK for this role. Sole traders are not accpeted for this positon.

• Write and adapt clear, engaging French copy for retail websites, digital ads, consumer emails, video scripts, packaging, and integrated campaigns.

• Localize global messages into content that truly connects with French consumers.

• Ensure all claims and messaging comply with approved guidelines.

• Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and securing stakeholder approval.

• Contribute to the development of localized assets for consumer testing and integrate insights into final content.

• Collaborate with SEO specialists to naturally include relevant keywords in online copy.

• Maintain and strengthen the brand's tone of voice across all communications.

• Proofread, edit, and guide translation partners on style and linguistic preferences.

• Regularly review live content to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and brand alignment.

• Proven experience in French copywriting and/or translation (portfolio of work is a plus).

• Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and proofreading in French.

• Strong understanding of marketing communications and consumer engagement.

• Ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences and platforms.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality content.
