Corporate M&A Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Paralegal to join the Corporate M&A team of a US law firm on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis.

To be considered, candidates must have a TC already confirmed (ideally with a similar US law firm) to commence in 2026 or later, and have a minimum of 6 months availability to commit to full-time work.

The team currently has no Paralegals or Trainees, so this role will involve working to NQ level, supporting a number of Associates and Partners on high level transactions.

Hybrid working is on offer along with a competitive salary and paid overtime.
