I am seeking an outstanding Corporate Receptionist to provide a five-star welcome and exceptional service to clients and visitors in a prestigious Central London location.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
  * Support meeting hosts with guest requirements & ensure all room bookings are processed accurately.
  * Handle telephone calls with excellent etiquette and professionalism.
  * Follow front desk security procedures; ensure all visitors wear passes.
  * Liaise with facilities teams including Front of House, catering, security, and cleaning to meet all meeting room and event requirements.
  * Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
  * Assist with events and functions as needed.

  About You
  * Previous experience in a corporate Reception
  * Able to commit to work Monday & Friday ongoing
  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  * Good It skills and ability to learn now systems easily.
