We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Salt Spray Test Technician to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting corrosion resistance testing on metallic coatings using neutral salt spray methods, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Set up and operate salt spray (fog) test chambers in accordance with relevant standards.
• Prepare and inspect test samples for corrosion resistance evaluation.
• Monitor test conditions and maintain accurate records of test durations and results.
• Interpret and report test outcomes, identifying any deviations or failures.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and laboratory best practices.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to support continuous improvement.

• Proven experience conducting neutral salt spray corrosion tests.
• Familiarity with METALLIC COATINGS corrosion test standards (e.g., ISO 9227, ASTM B117).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
