Council Tax Officer (Civica OpenRevenues)

Hourly Rate: £23 - £27 per hour (umbrella)

Hours: Full time

Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in the Midlands to recruit a Council Tax Officer on a 3 month contract. The role is fully remote and looking to start at short notice.

Main duties of the job:

• Responsible for all aspects of Council Tax Billing and Recovery
• Dealing with queries over the phone
• Applying relevant discounts, exemptions and disregards
• Setting up direct debits and taking payments
