Job Description - Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Location: Brierley Hill
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.55 after successful probation)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected manufacturing company who are looking to add an experienced Forklift Driver to their warehouse team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable business offering full-time hours, great team culture, and the chance to secure a permanent position after a successful probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a forklift truck (valid licence required)
Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock control
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Assisting with goods in/out and supporting the wider team as needed

Requirements:

A valid and in-date counterbalance forklift licence
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Good attention to detail and a commitment to health & safety
