Job Details

Position: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: Northampton (Lodge Farm area)
Pay Rate: £12.89 per hour
Shift Patterns:

• Monday to Friday OR Sunday to Thursday
• 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM OR 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License: (ITSSAR, RTITB, or AITT certified and in date).
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulations.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts with occasional overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to efficiently load, unload, and move goods.
• Stack, palletize, and organize products safely and effectively.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily targets and maintain productivity.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
