Join my client's Team as a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver and Warehouse Operative

Location: North Northampton

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and skilled Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver and Warehouse Operative to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods.
• Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Some manual handling 

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance forklift truck license.
• Proven experience as a forklift truck driver and warehouse operative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent communication skills.
