About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the continuity of students' education in the absence of their regular teacher. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students stay on task

Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies

Supporting students with their learning where necessary

Reporting on lesson progress and any issues to senior staff

What We're Looking For:
? Strong communication and classroom management skills
? Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, youth work) - teaching qualifications are not essential
? A positive and proactive attitude
? The ability to adapt to different school environments
