Responsibilities

• Prepare the classroom for the lesson
• Supervise the students during break or lunchtime.
• Ensure that students have the necessary materials and resources for their learning activities, and you'll efficiently manage the collection of completed work.
• Maintain discipline and order in the classroom
• Provide support to students who have questions or need assistance with the tasks
• Maintain a safe classroom environment and follow all school safety procedures

Requirements

• Experience working with children in the UK schools
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain order in diverse classroom settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two professional references are required for this position
• Build rapport with students and communicate effectively with staff
• Be committed to being on time for every assignment
