Are you looking to gain School experience before teacher training? Perhaps you're considering if a role in education is for you? We are working with a popular and vibrant secondary School in Hatfield to provide Cover supervisors on a temporary to permanent basis.

Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Start Date: June or September 2025 - potential earlier start dates available if desired

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes in the absence of teachers, creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Follow lesson plans provided and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Support students in their learning journey and respond to any questions they may have.
• Keep accurate attendance records and communicate any concerns to the appropriate staff.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in managing classroom dynamics and maintaining student engagement.
