We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated Cover Supervisor to support the delivery of pre-planned lessons in the absence of teaching staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and contribute to the success of students.

• Supervising students during teacher absences, ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment

• Delivering pre-set work and maintaining classroom order

• Promoting positive behaviour and engaging students in learning

• Supporting the school’s ethos and contributing to the wider school community

?? Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils (ideal but not essential)
?? Confident, calm, and professional classroom management
?? Strong communication skills
?? Adaptability, initiative, and a positive attitude
