Pay: £90 - £95 per day

We are seeking reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our set of vibrant secondary schools in Warrington.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of teaching staff. You will supervise whole classes, deliver pre-set lesson plans, and ensure a positive and focused learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise lessons across a range of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students in completing work set by the teacher.
• Maintain a calm and purposeful learning atmosphere.
• Provide feedback on classroom activity to teaching staff.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Confidence in leading a class with a professional presence.
• Experience working with children or young people.
