Cover Supervisor

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain experience in the classroom, as well as a great alternative for education professionals who are looking for flexible work.

We are looking for Cover Supervisors who have experience working with young people, excellent behaviour management skills, and a strong classroom presence. You will be required to supervise classes during the absence of the teacher, and deliver pre-planned work, ensuring students remain focused and on task.

Requirements:

• A DBS on the update service (or happy to apply for one)
• Strong classroom presence
• A positive and pro-active approach
• Excellent communication skills
