Whether you're an aspiring teacher, a recent graduate, or someone with experience working with young people, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into the classroom and make a real impact.

The Role:

• Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure students stay on task
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students in their learning and report back to teaching staff

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience working with secondary-age students (in a school, youth work, tutoring, etc.)
• Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
• A desire to support young people and gain school-based experience
