Pay: £100 – £120 per day

GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools throughout Leicestershire. Whether you're a graduate exploring a career in education, an experienced cover supervisor, or someone with classroom management experience, we want to hear from you!

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and ensure that students remain engaged and on-task with the pre-set work. You won’t be expected to teach, but you will play a crucial role in supporting behaviour and learning during your cover sessions.

• Strong classroom presence and confidence in managing behaviour.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to deliver lesson plans left by the teacher and ensure a safe, focused learning environment.

• Flexibility to travel to schools across Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley, Melton, Market Harborough and surrounding areas.

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through us).

• Competitive daily rates of £100 - £120, depending on experience.
