Cover Supervisor

Romano Education is working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Chorley seeking a Cover Supervisor to start immediately. This full-time role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff who are comfortable leading lessons and managing a classroom.

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students

• Supervise pupils during the teacher’s absence

• Ensure a calm, productive classroom environment

• Manage behaviour in line with school policies

• Report back on student engagement and any concerns

• Have experience working with young people (in schools, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring, etc.)

• Are confident with classroom management

• Are a graduate or aspiring teacher looking to build school experience

• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to apply for one)

• Competitive daily pay: £100 - £120
