Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step in to lead classes during teacher absences, keeping students on track with their learning and maintaining a positive environment. No planning or marking required - just confident classroom presence and a commitment to helping students succeed.

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons to students in Years 7-11

• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students stay engaged

• Working closely with teaching staff to support learning

• Becoming a familiar and trusted adult for students over time

• Contributing to the wider school where needed, including form time or break duties

• Has experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting

• Is confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour

• Wants a long-term role where they can really settle in

• Is reliable, proactive, and ready to get involved in school life
