Cover Supervisors – Flexible Opportunities in Cannock and Surrounding Areas
Pay: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

We’ve partnered with Multi-Academy Trusts to recruit Cover Supervisors for schools across Cannock and the surrounding areas. If you have experience in education, sports coaching, youth work, or a related field—and you're enthusiastic about helping students succeed—we’d love to hear from you.

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students stay on task.

• Create a calm, respectful, and productive learning environment.

• Support students with lesson materials and address any queries.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, adhering to school policies.

• Report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate school staff.

• Promote an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning experience.

• Experience working with young people, preferably in a school or similar setting.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in behaviour management and maintaining pupil engagement.

• Flexible and adaptable approach across different year groups and subjects.

• Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to school life.
