Are you passionate about education and looking to make a difference in local secondary schools? Hays Education is working in partnership with a number of schools across the Wirral to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors for temporary and long-term roles starting in September 2025.

Your New Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of teaching staff. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set work to students across a range of subjects and year groups, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Strong classroom management skills
• Confidence in delivering lessons to groups of students
• A proactive and flexible approach
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability from September 2025
