We are seeking reliable and proactive Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in the Uxbridge area by providing day-to-day cover during teacher absences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want flexible, rewarding work in education.

Cover Supervisor - Key Responsibilities
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused and on task
* Deliver set work provided by teaching staff and maintain positive behaviour in the classroom
* Monitor and report on student engagement and any incidents to senior staff
* Follow school policies including safeguarding and health & safety
* Support the smooth running of lessons during cover periods
