Position: Daily Supply Cover Supervisor
Pay: £100-£120 per day
Start Date: September 2025

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and confident Cover Supervisors to provide daily supply cover across secondary schools in the Lambeth area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience - whether you're a recent graduate, a future teacher, or an experienced education professional.

?? The Role:

• Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
• Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress

?? What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with young people (school-based or in youth settings)
• Strong classroom management skills and a professional attitude
• Adaptability to work in different schools and environments
• A positive, can-do approach with strong communication skills

?? Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
• Available at short notice for daily assignments
