Location: Secondary Schools across Bexley
Pay: £100 - £115 per day (depending on school)

Are you looking to gain valuable experience in secondary schools? Do you have a passion for education and the confidence to lead a classroom? We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team for flexible daily supply work across a range of secondary schools in the Bexley area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You'll be expected to deliver pre-set lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure a positive learning environment.

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons to secondary students (ages 11-16)

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

• Ensuring a safe and supportive classroom environment

• Confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, coaching, youth work) is desirable

• A degree or relevant qualification is advantageous but not essential

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

• Competitive daily rates of £100 - £115, depending on the school
