Cover Supervisor - Kent, UK

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to provide general cover for a secondary school we work with in Kent. These roles are for long-term placements, typically lasting a minimum of one term, with opportunities to extend further based on school needs. This role will start in September 2025!

• Providing general cover across a variety of subjects in secondary schools.
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining school policies.
• Supporting students' learning and progress during staff absences.
• Building strong relationships with schools and students.

• Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a positive approach to teaching.
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential.
• Right to work in the UK is essential.
• Must be available to start in September 2025!
