We're working with a supportive secondary school in Ludlow that's looking to book in a confident, reliable Cover Supervisor for the start of the new term in September.

This is a supply-based position with regular, ongoing work - perfect for someone who enjoys the classroom environment and wants a consistent role without the pressure of planning.

The role includes:

Supervising lessons across various subjects

Managing classroom behaviour and keeping pupils engaged

Delivering pre-set work and supporting students where needed

Communicating effectively with staff and pupils

What we're looking for:

Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work etc.)

Good behaviour management skills

A flexible, proactive attitude
