Job Description:As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for our students in the absence of their regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain on task.
• Supporting students with their learning and addressing any questions they may have.
• Collaborating with teaching staff and providing feedback on student progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
