This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on classroom experience, particularly those considering a future career in teaching or education.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise lessons across a range of subjects during teacher absences.
* Ensure students stay on task with the pre-set work and maintain classroom discipline.
* Manage student behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
* Support students in understanding instructions and staying engaged with their learning.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on student behaviour and lesson engagement.

Requirements:
* Experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable (e.g., in schools, tutoring, youth work, or coaching).
* Strong classroom presence and the ability to manage behaviour confidently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A flexible, calm, and professional approach to working in different school environments.
* Minimum of A-levels; a degree is desirable.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
