Cover Supervisor- Swadlincote

Are you looking for a rewarding role in education? Do you have experience working in secondary schools and a passion for supporting students? We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to work across Key Stage 3 and 4 in Swadlincote, delivering lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

About the Role:
?? Supervising classes across all subjects using pre-planned materials
?? Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
?? Supporting students with their learning and engagement
?? Gaining valuable experience in a school setting - ideal for aspiring teachers!

Requirements:
? Experience working in a UK secondary school
? Confident managing a classroom and engaging students
? Strong communication and organisational skills
? Driving preferred, but not essential if you can use public transport
? A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
