Cover Supervisors Wanted - Flexible Supply Work in Barnsley

Are you passionate about education and confident in managing a classroom? Looking for flexible work that fits around your life? Tradewind is recruiting enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team, providing day-to-day and short-term cover across secondary schools in Barnsley.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across various subjects

• Maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the teacher

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Provide support and guidance where needed to help students stay on task

We're looking for candidates who:

• Have strong communication and organisational skills

• Are confident managing a classroom environment

• Can work flexibly across different schools in Barnsley

• Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths) - a degree is desirable.

• Experience working with young people (in education or other settings) is necessary.

• Flexible day-to-day and short-term placements to suit your availability

• Competitive daily pay rates (£90 - £130 per day, depending on experience)
