As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students with their learning and manage classroom behaviour
• Be a reliable and professional presence in the school community

• Experience working with young people (e.g., in education, youth work, coaching, etc.)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
