Salary: £85 - £110 per day (negotiable depending on experience)

The Supply Register are seeking dynamic Cover Teachers to join our vibrant team. We welcome individuals with a range of backgrounds, from experienced teachers to those with experience in sports coaching, youth work, or other relevant fields, who are eager to expand their teaching skills.

• Lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-set lessons and maintaining a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere.

• Ensure that students remain on task and complete the work provided.

• Support students with their learning, offering guidance and answering questions where needed.

• Maintain strong classroom management to ensure a safe, focused, and respectful learning environment.

• Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff members.

• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom culture.

• Experience: Background working with children or young people, particularly in an educational or similar setting.

• Enhanced DBS: On the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and behaviour management skills.

• Flexibility: Ability to quickly adapt to different classroom settings and subject areas.

• Attitude: A positive, proactive approach to supporting student learning and well-being.
