• Job Title: CPN Band 6

• Location: Warwickshire

• Duration: 3 months ongoing

• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, Long days available (8am till 8pm)

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: TBC

• Rate of Pay: £25.50 - £26.50 per hour (days), £30.50 - £31.50 per hour (Nights/Saturdays), £35.50 - £36.50 per hour (Sundays/Bank Holidays)

A Day in the Life of a CPN: Join our team as a CPN and make a real difference in the lives of young people experiencing mental health crises. Your core responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.

• Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based interventions to support recovery.

• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses.

• Keeping accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.

• Staying up to date with the latest best practices in mental health care.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.

• Experience working within a CAMHS Crisis team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care.

• Car driver needed.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position with availability required from Monday to Sunday, with long day shifts (8am - 8pm). The contract is for 3 months ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
