• Duration: 3-month ongoing contract

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Start Date: ASAP

• Rate of Pay: £25.50 - £26.50 per hour

Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) within an Adult CMHT (18-65) and make a real difference in the lives of service users. Your core responsibilities include:
? Carrying a caseload and providing comprehensive mental health assessments.
? Medication management and participating in duty rotas.
? Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.
? Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists.
? Overseeing students and supporting their learning and development.
? Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.

? Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.
? Prior experience in community mental health.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
? Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care.
? May be possible for some part remote working.
