Are you a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner looking for a rewarding Primary Care Liaison role in Salisbury? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

• Job Title: Primary Care Liaison Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6)
• Location: Salisbury
• Duration: Ongoing Locum Contract
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

Join our Primary Care Mental Health Liaison Team, where you will:

• Provide specialist mental health support within a primary care setting
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and risk management for service users
• Deliver brief interventions and signposting to appropriate services
• Work closely with GPs, multidisciplinary teams, and community services
• Support early intervention and prevent hospital admissions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• NMC or HCPC registration (RMN, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist)
• Experience in primary care mental health, crisis intervention, or CMHT
• Strong assessment, risk management, and care planning skills
• The ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
• A passion for improving access to mental health support in primary care

This is a Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM role with an ASAP start.
